Growing lavender is the south can be a challenge, but this lavender seems better able to withstand the heat and humidity. Wonderful fragrant foliage and the blue flowers have long stems that are great for cutting and making lavender wands. Good to dry for culinary uses as well as in sachets and potpourris. A large shrubby evergreen perennial that prefers an alkaline soil and is drought tolerant. Hardy in zones 5-9. Deer and rabbit resistant and attracts butterflies. Plants are shipped in 4″ pots.
