Shipping will be on a temporary break during the Christmas Holiday. Our last shipment date will be December 16, so please get your orders in by the 15th. All orders afterwards will be held till January 12. We do not wish for the plants to be stuck in a warehouse during the Holiday season, so it will be better once holidays have passed before we begin shipping again. Online Gift Cards will still be available during this time. Thank you for ordering from us. We have enjoyed providing plants to everyone in the U.S. and we hope you have a wonderful Holiday season.
We ship every Tuesday Morning via UPS Ground, and they always arrive later that week, even to those we ship to California. We hold onto the plants that you have ordered and package them up on Monday so they are ready for Tuesday. This way they are sitting in a box for as little time as possible.
Because of our weekly shipping process, we have a cutoff date every Friday at noon for the following Monday's shipment. Any orders after that timeframe will get moved to next week.
We ship all year long but will only ship when your zone is warm enough for planting. Let us take care of it until it is ready for your area and we will hold onto them till then. We ask that you check your zone to see if it is appropriate before ordering.
We ship 1-gallon, and 4'' containers, as well as bareroot fruit trees when available.
In order to keep shipping prices low we clip our plants to fit the box they ship in. While this can look alarming when receiving your plant it is actually quite good for it because there will not be as much shock for the plant when planted in new soil and new grow will come.
Thank you for shopping with Petals From the Past. We are so grateful for each customer that orders from us and it is our joy to see our customers get the plants that mean so much to them.
