Hibiscus Luna Pink Swirl or Hibiscus moscheutos,

is a large blooming perennial that grows well in wet soils. It has a pinkish red center with white fading to pink of the petals. Each petal is large as only 5 petals make up this flower. It blooms from the summer to early fall but the blooms themselves only last about a day or two. It produces new blooms every day and at its climax will produce up to 20 blooms in a single day. This plant grows 2- 3ft tall and 2-3ft wide. Deadheading the blooms in late autumn will help keep the plants look when new growth slowly comes in the spring. It grows best in full sun in moist to wet well-drained soil. Do not let the soil become dried out. It needs to remain moist to wet conditions. It is a hardy plant living in zones 5-9. It attracts butterflies and is tolerate of deer and wet soil. We ship this plant in a 1-gallon container.
