Ruby Crisp,
is a new dark red muscadine from the university of Georgia. It has a tasty new flavor that is great for home gardening and easy to pick your own. It requires 200-600 Hours of chill time, at or below 45°F, between November 15 and February 15. They produce a high yield of grapes that are harvestable from August through September. They grow 5-6 ft tall and are self-fruitful. The berries have tender skin and a crisp flesh making it a special muscadine. A single plant yields 60 plus Ibs of fruit each year but takes 2 years before fruit can be produced. This plant is shipped in a 1-gallon container.
