Heliopsis helianthoides ‘Summer Nights’
Heliopsis, False sunflower, Smooth Oxeye daisy known and loved for its outstanding color and long bloom time. Summer blooms are a cheery golden yellow with mahogany centers with stems tinged in red. At 3-4’ it is great massed in beds and borders. Carefree though deadheading will prolong bloom. Sun to part sun, average moisture. Attracts butterflies and bees and birds love the seeds. Hardy in zones 4-9. Plants are shipped in 3.5-inch containers.
