Arrowwood Viburnum or Viburnum dentatum L.,

Is a shrub in the Honeysuckle family which blooms once a year in the late spring and early summer with white flowers and small berries that are blue, that follow it in the late summer and early fall.  These shrubs can get as wide as 8 ft producing many of these flowers and berries across the arch of its branches.  It has a hardiness zone of 3-8, so it can be planted in almost all of the United States.  This shrub is shipped in a 1-gallon container.
