Leopard Plant or Ligularia Dentata Othello,

is a perennial that blooms long thin yellow radial blooms with brown centers. These blooms stand at the end of long stems that stand a foot or two above the foliage underneath. They grow 2-3 ft tall and 1.5-2.5 ft wide. It grows best in part shade to full shade and well-drained soil that remains moist and is not dried out, especially during the hot summers in the south. It tolerates heavy shade and wet soil. It is often grown for its foliage as well which are large dark green leathery leaves. They get 1 ft long and 3-4ft tall. It does not have major problems with insects or diseases, but snails and slugs are often attracted to the foliage. We ship this plant in a 1-gallon container.
