Description
Lonicera fragrantissima
The small cream colored flowers of Winter Honeysuckle open in March and April, perfuming the entire garden with their sweet lemony fragrance. Extremely adaptable, it survives sand or clay soils in sun or shade. The branches are somewhat stiff and deciduous with a spreading habit. Deer and drought tolerant. Height: 10 to 15 ft tall and wide. Hardy zones 4-9. Plants are shipped in 1 gallon containers.
