Rose Veilchenblau

Hybrid Multiflora Rose or Rosa Veilchenblau,

are Rambler roses, meaning they are good for climbing but need more space to do so.  They grow well on walls, arbors, trellises, fences, pillars, pergola, and around pillars and need the support from similar structures in-order to grow in a particular path.  These roses bloom once a year and can go as high as 15ft with a somewhat blue or purple color with semi-double petals in a cluster of 10-30 of other flowers.  They grow golden with thornless canes with medium sized green foliage.  They need full sun, medium amounts of water, and well-drained soil with mulch in the summer to help against diseases and weeds and helps retain moisture.  They grow best in full sun and it helps protect them best against diseases. Their hardiness zone is 5-9 so they can grow in most states except the extreme cold areas. They ship in a 1-gallon container.
