Description
Salvis officinalis ‘Tricolor’
Although this sage does not have the culinary value of the common sage or the purple one, its striking foliage makes it a worthwhile addition to the herb garden, perennial border or container. The white, green and purple variegated foliage makes a statement wherever it is planted. Height 18″ to 24″ tall and wide. Plant in full sun in well drained soil. Drought tolerant once established and deer resistant. Attracts honeybees and butterflies. Hardy in zones 5-9. Plants are shipped in 3.5″ containers.
