Upright rhizomatous clump-forming perennial. Bright lemon yellow flowers with green centers are borne from midsummer to early autumn. Creates a stunning display when passed. Plant in full sun and well drained soil with moist to average water. This selection can tolerate some drought once established.This long blooming structural perennial is a butterfly magnet that is great for back of borders, meadows and cutting gardens. Songbirds like the seeds. Deer tolerant. Height: 4-6 feet. Perennial in zones 3-9. Plants are shipped in 3.5 inch containers.
