Rudbeckia fulgida ‘Goldstrum’
Rhizomatous perennial with yellow flower heads, to 3 in. across, with conical blackish brown disk florets. Flower appear in mid summer and fall. The flowers of Goldstrum make a good cut flower. Excellent in mass plantings in the perennial border, meadows,native plant areas and cottage gardens. and anywhere you want a bright cheerful splash of color. The showy flowers attract butterflies. The birds love the seeds. Height: 2 to 3 feet with a spread of 1 to 2 feet. Perennial in zones 6-9 Plants are shipped in 3.5 inch containers.
