Mentha spicata ‘Kentucky Colonel’
Large leaf spearmint with an excellent spearmint flavor. Can be used in mint jelly or mint sauce. Good in Mint Juleps and Mojitos. Plant in full sun and like all mints this is an agressive grower. Purple flowers attract butterflies. Keep plants pruned to encourage new growth. Hardy in zones 4-11. Plants are shipped in 3.5″ containers.
