Malus ‘Hopa’
A fruiting crabapple that puts on a real big show of dark pink flowers in spring and a crop of bright red crabapples in late summer. An excellent specimen tree. This decicuous crabapple has mottled yellow, red and orange leaves in the fall. The crop of crabapples is excellent for making jelly. The trees are on their own roots and will be 10-20 feet tall at maturity. Requires 300-600 hours of chilling. Plant in full sun in well drained soil. Hardy in zones 3-8. Plants are 3 gallon size and are shipped bare root.
