Description
Coral Honeysuckle Lonicera sempervirens
A beautiful twining vine up to 20’ long with semi-evergreen leaves and clusters of red tubular showy flowers that are red outside, and yellow inside. Full sun to part shade in well drained soil. Grow on fence, trellis or trees. Great hummingbird plant—they’ll find it from miles around. Larval host for the spring azure butterfly, fruits are attractive to birds. Hardy in zones 4-9. Plants are shipped in one gallon containers.
