Asteraceae novae-anglie ‘Purple Dome’
Known as New England aster this dwarf cultivar grows to 18 to 24″ tall and 3 feet wide with a compact habit. Showy purple flowers with yellow centers are borne between August and September. Attracts birds, butterflies. Hardy in zones 5-8. Plants are shipped in 3.5″ containers.
