Artemesia abrotanum ‘Southernwood’
Sea green feathery foliage on a 2 to 3 foot tall plant. Foliage gives off a plessant citrusy odor. Holds its fragrance well when dried so it is a good choice to put in sachets and potpourris. The flowers a small and yellowish gray. Shearing plants plants between 18″ and 2 feet keeps the plant sturdy and compact and eliminates the flowers stalks. Plant in full sun in well drained fertile soil. Perennial in zones 5-11. Plants are shipped in 3.5″ containers.
