Malvaviscus arboreus var. Drummondi
Red hibiscus flowers cover this plant in the hot summer months. The flowers never seem to fully open and resemble a Turkish turban. A native perennial deciduous shrub reaching 2 to 3 feet in tall and wide. Grows in part-shade to shade attracting butterflies and hummingbirds. Hardy in zones 7-11. Plants are shipped in 3.5″ containers.
