Description
Helianthus
Sawmp Sunflower is a native plant with many cheerful yellow flowers with brown centers in late summer and autumn. It grows to be about 6 feet tall and very attractive to many of our native butterflies. Swamp sunflower, as the name suggests, likes a moist area but will do well in well drained soil if watered during dry spells. Good in wildflower gardens and herbaceous borders. Hard in zones 6-9. Plants are shipped in 3.5″ containers.
