Fuyu persimmons can be eaten either crisp right from the tree as you would eat an apple or you can let them get soft like custard. However you choose to eat them they are sweet and delicious. Persimmons are high in fiber and vitamins A and C. They can be used in baking, sliced up in salads or served with wine and cheese. All the persimmons are grown here at Petals.
