Persimmons are not as well known and the other fruits we grow here at Petals but they make an outstanding perserve. We grow the Wase Fuyu and Fuyu persimmons that can be eaten fresh from the tree while they are hard and crisp like an apple or soft as you wouldl eat the astringment type of persimmon. We think you will enjoy this new and interesting preserve.
