Description
Acanthus Mollis
Commom name bear’s breeches or oyster plant. This striking plant has deeply cut large dark green leaves with spikes of lavender flowers in late spring to summer. Very drought tolerant once established but needs regular watering to get started. Height 2 to 5 feet tall and 2 to 4 feet wide. Hardy in zones 4-10. Sun to part sun. Plants are shipped in 3.5″ containers.
