Daylily Catherine Woodburn or Hemerocallis ‘Catherine Woodburn’,
is a solid pink colored perennial that has yellow at its center. It has a very bright look to it with its combination of pink and yellow. Daylilies bloom for about a day but produce multiple blooms during the season. They are well known for their variety of colors and visual beauty. It is wise to deadhead the blooms once they are spent to encourage blooming from the other buds. It blooms from summer to early fall. It grows best in full sun to part shade. Some dappled light in the afternoon is helpful, especially during southern summer and use well-drained soil. It attracts butterflies & hummingbirds but is poisonous to cats and is tolerant to rabbits. We ship this plant in a 1-gallon container.
