Prunus persica var.nucipersica ‘Red Gold’
Red Gold is a self-fruitful yellow fleshed freestone nectarine with yellow/red smooth skin. The tree is grafted on Halford rootstock which will make a 7-10 foot tree when fully grown. The sweet aromatic fruit ripens in June and July. Plant in full sun in well drained soil. Requires 850 hours of chilling. Hardy in zones 5-8. Trees are 3 gallon size and are shipped bareroot.
