Hosta ‘Stained Glass”
This clump forming hosta has dramatic foliage color. A sport of the popular Guacamole, it differs in that it has a much brighter gold center. The leaves have a dark green margin that accentuate the gold center. Large fragrant lavender flowers appear in late summer on 30 inch tall scapes that the hummingbirds find very attractive. More sun tolerant than other hostas. Height: 15 to 18 inches and spread 24 to 30 inches. Plant in part shade to shade in moist well drained soil. Perennial in zones 3-9. Plants are shipped in 3.5 inch containers.
