Rubus L. subgenus Rubus Watson  High quality, erect growing, thorny type blackberry which produces a very large and delicious fruit.  The size of the fruit is noteworthy.  The harvest period in central Alabama should run from June 4 to July 12. It is self-fruitful and may be planted in the garden as a single variety.  This variety seems to have good disease resistance to most "blackberry diseases".  Propagation prohibited.  Plants are shipped in 1 gallon containers.
